Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actress and musician most well known for her performance in Tamil as well as Malayalam films. Her acting debut was in the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum raolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born in Anglo-Indian born in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father is a lawyer at the Madras High Court. Her mother is the older sister of a researcher assistant in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah grew up close to Chennai she went to National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea started studying classical piano around the age of eight. She was an avid fan of geeks and wanted to be a psychiatrist. Young Stars was the Jackson Five-style band that Andrea joined when she turned 10-years-old. This led to her debut singing career and her early musical composition. In her college she also was performing as a theatre artist in stage productions organized through The Madras Players. She was also an EVAM Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea started the acting profession as an infant performer as a child actor in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. Andrea was in the lead role with Shiva in a Leo advertisement for coffee in the year 2006. She has also acted in a TV serial that was telecast on Podhigai. She performed throughout India. She was briefly featured in Kanda Mudhal's climax, (2005). Gautham V. Menon was invited after she had performed in the film Vettaiyaadu, to perform as a leading female in Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea is Kalyani in this film, which is a remake of James Siegel's novel Derailed. Her husband takes part in a relationship with her and she is subsequently blackmailed. Andrea was part of the cast following Simran, Tabu, and Tabu had been approached. Released in Early 2010. The film was released in early 2010. take on a small support role in Venkatprabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha and it was released in August 2011, Her Malayalam film debut with Rajeeev Rathi's Annayum Rasoolum in 2013.
