Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on March 14, 1997 in Ohio, Columbus. Biles is thought of as one of the most talented gymnasts. She was the first American female gymnast to have won four gold medals at a single Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she also became the first woman to ever win consecutive World All-around Titles (2013-15). Biles grew up in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after her and her sister Adria were adopted by their parents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was first introduced to the sport of gymnastics through her teacher at daycare Aimee Borman as she was six years old. The school she attended was Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles earned a silver in vault and floor in the women's Junior Olympic National Championships of 2010. She then made her debut in the highest level of competing. Within less than two years she was the very best athlete in her field. Biles was distinguished through her consistent performance, charismatic personality, and the difficult routines she performed at all four events: vault floor exercise with uneven bars.
